Manage a fully automated warehouse with a pallet storage space of 10 500 & a block pallet storage space of 5000.

The materials are mainly used in the automotive & building / construction industries. Reporting to the Managing Director I was responsible for the Customer Service & Logistics department for one site in Switzerland & two sites in Germany.Key Responsibilities:• People Management: I had five direct reports including the Head of Production Planning & Scheduling Lenzburg (Switzerland), Lotte (Germany) & Lambrecht (Germany), Head of Order Management & the Head of Logistics) with a total of 20 staff• Order Management: Lead the order management process including entering customer orders into the ERP system (Movex), coordinating delivery dates with the production planning team & warehouse, organising worldwide transport & being accountable for the invoicing process.• Inventory Management: Secure an efficient inventory management process• Tender Management Transport: Sea freight, land freight, air freight, KEP & train freight tendering• Incoterms 2010: Internal consultant to ensure the right choice of Incoterms 2010 for new customer projects.
