I handle all the finances of properties on non-taxable entities (Residences, Apartments, Churches). Including AR, AP, and company outlook. I sell along with my sales team when I'm not in the office, personally asked for, or when our team is overloaded with customers. I also handle the back-end portion of any jobs where customers have issues they need resolved.

Bidding roofs from blueprints/specifications for Government entities. Finding new private clients in need of roofs on new buildings, but mainly giving options on re-roof options.
