>Serve as Chief Learning Officer for the organization>Leader responsible for department that had a fiscal worth of approximately $100,000 annually>For 2007, managed the delivery of 124 trainings for 707 persons in Ingham, Eaton, and Clinton counties. >Supervised and evaluated administrative volunteer staff of 19 persons. These volunteers stayed a number of years and recruited others to the corps.>Served on a leadership team for the planning and implementation of the annual Michigan State Trainers’ Conference.
