Welcome to my LinkedIn page! I was born and raised in a family of mostly factory workers. My mother (Darlene Urban) was the chairwoman for Tillotson from 1958 until 1978. My father (Joseph Urban Sr.) and my brother (Joseph Urban Jr.) both retired from Jeep. My youngest brother (Edward Urban) retired from Chrysler in Toledo, Ohio in 2017. Manufacturing just might be in my blood!Ironically what I do today in manufacturing dove·tails my hobbies and freelance work from years past. I went from a Cuttlebug to a large scale die/roller press. From designing patterns in Make the Cut for my Cricket machine to having a Gerber table that cuts large sheets of plastic for fabrication. Even reaching out to major magazines back in the day prepared me to talk with OEM reps today. It's been a wonderful journey so far.In April of 2013 JRBC was opened. J= Jon (my husband), R= Renee (me), B= Brianna (my daughter), and C= Corey (my son). JRBC is 100% woman owned and operated. We are an engineering house and manufacturing facility of protective returnable packaging for many OEMs, tiers, ATV, and appliance companies. Below you will learn more about JRBC. If, you would like additional information about how we can help you with returnable packaging send me a message.
