A lance corporal usually serves as second-in-command of a section. A part of this means that I am reliable, understanding, and a key team player. Commonly used to working as a part of a team, not only as a player but as a leader, and managing individuals to make sure operations run smoothly. Becoming in this role in such a short time shows my inherent ambition and determination. Additionally, achieving this while also studying for a degree shows my ability to time manage, and delegate tasks to not only myself but others.
