▪ Undertake 1 st line support to assess and resolve issues;▪ Provide customer support through various channels including but not limited to telephone and email;▪ Handle tickets and escalations through various Case Management Systems as designated by respective suppliers;▪ Contact customers, suppliers and other internal resources on IT support requirements and case resolution to meet service level agreements;▪ Document and escalate tickets where necessary to resolve cases;▪ Undertake Quality Assurance tests to confirm resolution of incidents;▪ Carry out Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) duties in liaison with the respective suppliers.

▪ Assemble components accurately by examining connections for correct fit of sub-parts to approvedspecifications;▪ Undertake assembly either manually or through the designated equipment as well as ascertain assembly correctness through the assigned calibration tools;▪ Document production and quality forms;▪ Liaise with other stations to ensure maximum assembly efficiency and accuracy.
