  The Director of Learning and Impact Strategies is a member of the URI senior management team and collaborates closely with the Global Programs and the Partnerships and Violence Prevention Teams to co-create innovative learning impact strategies that advance just peacebuilding and transformative healing across our religious, indigenous, ancestral, and cultural differences. The Director of Learning and Impact strategies leads a team that together co-design transformational learning programs with a diverse set of global staff and volunteer stakeholders and co-facilitate the nurturing of collaborative organizational practices and movement-building cultures of deep partnership for shared growth and collective impact across the global URI network.
