SHE’S Training MangerResponsible for Project Safety, Health, Environmental and Security Training (SHE’S), first in the planning stage at Chiyoda head office in Yokohama in Japan, then in Papua New Guinea at Exxon Liquefied Natural Gas Construction Site near Port Moresby. Built a training department that trained 10,000 employees both contractor and sub-contractors. Duties include the management of training team, organizing safety campaigns and events, creating structured training schedules, course design such as CJJV Site Safety Inductions, Leadership Training, Personal Security, Safe Driving Awareness, Snake Awareness, Health & Hygiene plus prepare reports, "Training status" ‘’Monitoring Result" and Instructing staff on a variety of SHE’S Subjects.Joint Operations Center CoordinatorIn December 2011 Due to deteriorating security saturation, and as part of the Second Project Security Enhancement Plan the SHE’S training manger position was discontinued and I progress to managing the Joint Operations Center. Manage a Corporate Training Department, formulating all trainings, in addition to instructing OCN’s Other Country Nationals in Security Duties, Health & Safety, Customer Care & Services and Leadership. Using the systems approach to training, I designed and implemented the following courses: Train the Trainer’s tuition for my staff, a 10-day Security Operatives Course and Leadership Training. Using Microsoft Power Point, practical demonstration, role play, practice and written examinations, I also designed training for up and coming projects to fit the client requirements. Training was designed to deal with the special conditions that exist within the Middle East and encompass British Standard 7499 and the US Department of Defense requirements for private security services. Security operatives worked in a number of areas from Retail, Loss Prevention, and Main Guarding to Residential Security of US citizens working in Kuwait. Responsible for the Training and Recruitment of Security Services, the position required me to recruit overseas in Bangladesh, India, and Sri Lanka in addition to set up security training for contracts in Egypt and Jordan.

Working independently within a small managerial team in Kuwait City, responsible for logistics support for reconstruction projects in Iraq.
