Reuben is a professional engineer with experience in engineering consulting, structural / civil design, project management, inspections, condition assessments, various studies, estimating and design reviews. The structures he has experience with include a variety of structural assets including tanks, boilers, bins, silos, associated support steel work, wind fences, foundations , civil works and mobile bulk materials handling machines. Reuben has successfully led small design teams and managed a portfolio of projects while executing high calibre work to the client and project schedule requirements while staying within the project budget.
