CurrentReuben Wu is a multidisciplinary artist and National Geographic Photographer who uses technology and the concept of time and space to help tell compelling stories about the world we inhabit.His work has been commissioned by National Geographic Magazine, Apple, Mercedes Benz and Volkswagen, and he is also a leading artist in the photography NFT space. His work also belongs in the permanent collections of the Guggenheim Museum, The Metropolitan Museum of Art and the MoMA.Working in photography, as well as in video and music, he often uses aerial lighting to illuminate remote locations at night. From behind the camera, he seeks to reinterpret and explore new forms of geological portraiture, many of his images in his body of work a carefully-planned scene using light-carrying drones positioned above the landscape.
