- Collaborates with venue staff to assist the event manager with setup and teardown (tables, linens, chairs, florals, and decor) to ensure smooth and efficient wedding ceremonies and receptions with guest counts up to 500.- Greets and thanks guests upon arrival while assisting with inquiries, coat checks, gift tables, and other services to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience

- Ensures the production process goes smoothly by planning, scheduling, and coordinating production of print and digital issues on time- Finds ways to improve productivity by reporting on production status and monitoring scheduling software- Experience on AccuZIP Bulk Postal Software and USPS Postal Wizard

- Performs accurate inventory counts, employee scheduling, restaurant audit checks, and equipment maintenance- Maintains food safety standards and positive customer experience by overseeing top quality training and motivated environment to new hires and current employees - Honest and correct cash handling, point-of-sale (POS) system experience
