Dr. Reuphillan Pelser is an accomplished management consultant with extensive experience in strategic and operational disciplines, specializing in strategy, business models, business process optimization, and customer service. With over 20 years of working experience in various industries, Dr. Pelser has a proven track record of executing large-scale management initiatives to ensure sustainable organizational success and delivering complex projects within highly matrixed environments.Reuphillan operates as an independent consultant and has extensive experience in process re-engineering and business process design, and has successfully led numerous business optimization and turnaround projects, as SME Change Management, and Programme Manager. Reuphillan held a position as Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting leading the Shared Services vertical of the Strategy, Innovation and Operations service line. From feasibility to post-implementation optimisation, she has been involved in HR, Finance, Supply Chain, IT and Corporate Services Shared Services and Centre of Excellence functions. Prior to this, she was the Component Manager at Absa Bank Group, for the Group’s Contact Centres and CRM.Dr. Pelser earned a PhD in Organizational Behaviour, and holds an MBA from Unisa . She also held a part-time faculty member position at Walden University (USA) for 5 years, and serves on South West University DBA programme.
