Established an advanced Cybersecurity testing department that became one of Israel’s leading security teams, recruited and trained team members as cybersecurity professionals, and provided continuing education in ethical practices and new threats in addition to application attack simulations. Managed client relationships as a trusted advisor; consulting them on best practices and security plans through processes, incident response, and prevention. Additional responsibilities included speaking to various audiences educating them on cyberattacks and cybersecurity awareness, and growing the business through business development efforts and development of custom work plans.

Initiated the application security department. Created testing methodologies and researched complex applications for security flaws. I lectured about application security across Europe to developers teams. And developed security software and applications to support the company's operations.
