Compile, interpret, and analyze Coordination drawings for a 400,000+ sf hospital in NC and 150,000 sf secured office building in VA. The finished project is a fully-coordinated, clash free BIM model.-Utilize BIM software such as Revit, NavisWorks, AutoCAD & BIM 360.-Coordinate (using NavisWorks) the MEP systems. I have also drafted (using AutoCAD & Revit MEP) the layout for masonry/grouted cells and Underground Site Utilities.-Lead a weekly BIM Coordination Meeting, where we discuss points of design emphasis, view major design clashes, and present possible RFIs to the Design Team.-Implemented BIM 360 for Quality Assurance / Quality Control - I also ensure that the MEP Coordination drawings are being implemented in the field.-I implemented BIM 360 Field onto my jobsite. I trained the Super Intendents, Project Engineers and Interns how to use BIM 360 Field - both on the iPad & desktop.-I managed the Discrepancy Log via BIM360 Field, and cut into a 250-item list by 40% within the first month.
