- Implementation of replacing old IT equipment to new ones in the Bank BRI assignment work unit (PC, Laptop, Printer, etc.)- Register IT equipment and assess its condition using the parameters of year of manufacture, specifications within the scope of Bank BRI.- Preventive Maintenance of IT equipment with specified parameters including cleanliness, antivirus, OS updates, backup lines by UPS, Function Tests up to IP Naming according to users within the scope of Bank BRI.- Handling IT equipment issues from start to finish for 2 BRI branches (1000+ IT devices) based on tickets and SLA using the BRIBox Apps platform.- Implementation PC or Notebook, with installing Windows 10, upgraded RAM and SSD, and configuration set-up BRI WEB or Applications to support employe productivity.

- Completed 12 week, full-time, classroom based skills development and training program on IT fundamentals, AWS Cloud, and professional skills.- Built IT fundamental skills, including: working knowledge of Linux OS, writing scripts in Python and Shell- Learned how to apply core AWS services in the area of compute, storage and networking, including EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, Lambda, Cloud Formation, RDS and Route 53- Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical information and terminology to non-technical end users- Learned how to configure monitor and support the suite of core AWS services

- Performing server installation and cable management, and generating reports upon the completion of the server installation.- Ensuring the server operates correctly and conducting repairs and upgrades when the server encounters issues.
