Roles & Responsibilities :1)Responsible for all QC activities (NDT , incoming-process-final inspection, work instruction, formats , inspection & test plan, reporting to Quality Manager and testing of raw material , semi finished / final product .Analysis the customers complaints through 7QC tools.2)Preparing the Quality plan (QPA) as per the customer drawing & preparing the internal testing plan (ITP).3)Lead & Guide the Quality team.Preparing the MRM documents relevant for QA.Involve the Improvement Activities.4)Conduct the testing Activities (Like Liquid Penetrant Examination(LPE), Pneumatic Test, Hydrostatic Tests, Helium Leak Testing(HLT), Positive Material Identification (PMI), Spring Rate Test, Endurance Test(Life Cycle Test),Flame Test, Bending , Torsion & Tension ) and preparing relevant documents. 5)Handling of third party customer inspection.
