WORK PROCESS & methodology used for HVAC: USING PART MODELING.• Study of customer input that is the packaging data• Study of Old data for reference• Creating master sketches and forming skeleton modal.• Modeling the basic body for the parts.• Following BEHR guideline and methodology for design.• Using various methods splitting the basic body designing the ducts.• Reviews for the design for ease in manufacturability and also the assembly with the client and the customer.• Giving detailed drawings for part.• Testing the designed parts by proto typing them.• Reviewing the design with the proto parts manufactured and making if any change required. For the better functionality.

WORK PROCESS & methodology used in interior exteriors: USING GSD• Study of Customer inputs i.e. the A-surface.• Performing Draft Analysis for checking draft with tooling direction or else proposing the tooling direction • Generate B-Side surface with A-Surface.• Clear patches / tangency error that are on the offset i.e. on B-surface and matching B side with the master sections.• Generate Parting surface & create a closed solid compare with ENV data and the master sections. Maintaining the clearances needed.• Creating Engineering features like ribs with respect to ENV data and the master sections. • Draft Analysis for checking the manufacturability.
