I am currently working at Mount Meru malawi ltd as a Manager operations(LPG). My key responsibility as a manager is to ensure smooth functioning of the operations line by reducing downtime and enhancing productivity without compromising quality. Moreover, my primary role is to work with people in order to manage and lead them so that the plant can be maintained at optimum level and meet the demand. Thus, this position also gives me a good overview on how to solve problems, handle pressure and meet challenging deadlines within budgets
