As part of Digital Solutions Implementation Team, I have worked with multiple clients on their Digital Transformation journey. I worked with MPA 2.0 (a MIPAC product built on AVEVA’s AFSDK) as a front end for data entry to logsheets and automatic production reporting.Additionally, I also implemented projects involving RtDuet (Downtime reporting software based on AFSDK) and TCard (a MIPAC product for Operational Task Management)HIGHLIGHTS:- Developed & implemented a system which converted manual excel logsheets to digital logsheets that report data to PI. This has prevented onsite metallurgists from spending unnecessary time in checking and transferring data to PI- Developed and implemented a High Availabilty PI System with multiple sources of data (LIMS, Ampla, OPCDA, CITEC). Developed reporting in MPA that shows morning production data without the need to regularly update data.

As Process Engineer in Leaching and Purification Department, I was responsible for ensuring production meets targets while still meeting health, safety and environmental requirements.HIGHLIGHTS:- Project manager for upgrading electrical equipment in Purification to Hazardous Area compliant equipment.- Project manager for automation of Low Pressure Filter Presses which minimised operator error and reduced safety incidents. Additionally, we also installed an automatic drip tray which prevented process solution loss into recycle stream.- Conducted and participated in HAZOP studies for Purification Upgrade Project- Conducted a water treatment pilot plant with Townsville City Council that treated reject from Reverse Osmosis plant to an acceptable quality
