- Developed and implemented an optimized video inference pipeline that significantly reduced processing time by over 60% , resulting in significant cost savings by reducing the number of AWS instances required and improved accuracy and enabled faster processing of videos.- Deployed data pipelines on AWS to support the creation of datasets for training machine learning models, and used Mlflow to monitor and track performance metrics across the entire machine learning model lifecycle- Deployed text classification models to categorize a large volume of calls, achieving F1-scores of more than 92%- Developed and deployed a custom NER model to accurately identify key terms and phrases and achieved an F-score of 77%.- Evaluated and integrated multiple speech-to-text services into our product and implementing custom improvements on top of them to improve accuracy and overall product quality.- Deployed machine learning models on Amazon EC2 instances and integrated them into the backend, taking charge of monitoring and maintaining their performance.
