Schouwen is een proces waarbij technici of specialisten het geplande traject voor de glasvezelkabels inspecteren voordat de daadwerkelijk aanleg en installatie op locatie begint.Kernbegrippen die daarbij horen zijn: Trajectbepaling, Technische Haalbaarheid, Vergunning en regelgeving en Klantinteractie. De laatste is bepalend of de bewoner en/of eigenaar van het pand toestemt in een fysieke aansluiting op het glasvezelnetwerk. Impliciet betekent dit dat hiermee de locatie door een dienstaanbieder op het netwerk kan worden benaderd voor het aanbieden van telecomdiensten.

As the Project Manager for Demand Aggregation at Deltafiber, I was tasked with conducting area analyses prior to, during, and at the conclusion of the fiber optic campaign. These analyses served as the cornerstone for the project's approach and adjustments, ultimately leading to the successful deployment of fiber optic networks in the respective areas. Additionally, I held responsibility for meticulously managing media and resource planning throughout the various campaign periods. Simultaneously overseeing multiple fiber optic campaigns, I liaised with both external and internal stakeholders, including municipalities, commercial entities, residents, foundations, service providers, and community initiatives.Daily coordination of the internal project team, comprising a communications specialist and stakeholder coordinator, as well as intensive collaboration with marketing and sales colleagues from both our own organization and other telecom providers, were integral components of my role.Furthermore, generating weekly project reports per campaign for management and ensuring the stakeholders remained informed of progress, internally and externally, were also within my purview.My added value in shaping each campaign through creativity, execution, and strategic planning amidst simultaneous campaigns led to the successful implementation of numerous large-scale fiber optic deployment projects.

Als Senior Locatie Manager in de kinderopvang was ik verantwoordelijk voor het leiden, coördineren en toezicht houden op de dagelijkse activiteiten van een meerdere kinderdagverblijven en vergelijkbare faciliteiten. Deze functie vereiste uitstekende leiderschapsvaardigheden, organisatorisch talent en een diepgaand begrip van de behoeften van kinderen en ouders.Verder ontwikkelde en implementeerde ik beleid en procedures om de kwaliteit van de verschillende kinderopvanglocaties te waarborgen, in overeenstemming met regelgeving en beste praktijken uit de branche.

Managing (partial) project teams and chairing bi-weekly improvement meetings are integral components of this responsibility.

Reggefiber was founded to start the roll-out of Fttx in The Netherlands. Q4 2010 I joined Reggefiber to establish a project- and program organization and a program management office.Early 2012 when a subsidiary of Reggefiber was acquired by KPN I received the assignment to write and execute the overall carve-out Program Plan with the primary goal to split the Reggefiber activities in an wholesale and a network operator entity.During the merging of the subsidiaries of Glashart Media (IPTV-VOD), Reggefiber Wholesale, Lijbrandt Telecom (ISP) and ISPFabriek (ISP) I was responsible for the succesful execution of the carve out program.
