I started my career at a prestigious public relations agency in Atlanta where I was hired to work in the public affairs practice area. Eventually, through purely geographical circumstances, I was drawn into the nearby Carpet Capital of the World. I soon developed a specialization in the interior design and architecture community by building the first in-house public relations function for two of the world’s leading carpet manufacturers, where I managed strategic communications for product, innovation, and environmental and thought leadership.Now my public relations practice includes a wide range of product and service suppliers in the interior design world. My client portfolio includes furniture manufacturers, a flooring manufacturer, a fabric supplier, a surfaces company as well as the odd project that takes me out of my professional niche and into one of my personal passions such as travel, technology or politics.
