I have the immense privilege of being the president of ProjectAvni ( PA)in Haiti. It is a Non Governmental Organization that supports education and agropastoral in Haiti. I'm glad to bring this hope in developing the capacities of the young Haitian’s people and their community through projets of service, and support their parents through our agropastoral Program.

I am lucky to help to support activities taking place at the base of the communities like Petite-Rivière de l'Artibonite and Port-au-Prince; Coordinating and plan activities, Seting up a framework for reflection for sharing experiences. Accompany friends in the field to achieve the objectives set during cyclical reflection meetings.Youth aged 11 to 14 experience many physical, emotional and mental changes. At that age they are most vulnerable to the influences of the media and society. Instead of viewing them as troubled and emotional, the program views them as them as individuals filled with potential. At that age they have a strong sense of justice, they have a lot of energy and a strong will to contribute to the betterment of society. The program canalizes their energies creating a space for them to share and learn together with the help of an animator that is just a few years older than them who can relate to them. In the program, they study stories of junior youth their age and discuss the choices they are faced with and the outcomes of their choices. Together they engage in sports, and artistic activities. A major component of the program is the planning and executing of service projects that help them understand that they are responsible for the betterment of their community.
