It aims to reduce the number of Field replaceable units (FRUs) and reduce the Service Repair time (SRT) for the existing Air handling diagnostic errors.  Simulated the prototype model and generated the output excel files and analyzed those results.  Simulatable model is created based on the checked-in version and simulated the model for the program inputs. Matlab script is written to simulate the above model. Scripts are written to convert the input data format to the desired dataset format. Based on the results of the simulation, Calibrated enable conditions, Calibrating the nominal thresholds and relationship matrix. Documented and updated the tuning guide and required files.
