A highly motivated educator who believes in a culture which gives agency to learners and teachers to develop relevant skills needed to succeed in the modern dynamic world. My focus is on enabling conditions which is responsive to a variety of interests and abilities of our diversified student community.I believe in experiential learning to unleash the potential in every student. I am recognised for customising teaching and learning strategies to develop creative, innovative, problem solving skills in learners alongside the focus on traditional standardised marks oriented approach.
