• As part of the core team member handling all SAP related queries for Finance and control• Resolving issues related to SAP finance to the end user. • Handling new developments and testing• Interacting with TCS for new implementation• Solving adhoc queries of the finance users.

• Report directly to the Financial Controller of the Company. • Responsible for monthly/yearly financial & accounting reporting, which include but are not limited to: monthly income statement, balance sheet accounts reconciliation, cash flow forecast, annual budget and forecast, debtor ageing report, creditor ageing report and yearly internal reporting package & statutory accounts. • Deal with external auditors, tax agent and local authorities and ensure all tax filings and any other legal filing as required by local laws and regulations are done correctly and timely.• Coordinate with the South East Asia regional office in Singapore and ensure internal control policies and procedures stipulated by the regional office are fully implemented in the country. • Testing and implementation of accounting system (IBOX) communicating with The team towards the improving the performance of the system. • Heading the SAP – finance migration project for Indonesia since Oct 2014• Identify improvement area and develop good accounting control procedure and practice to enhance accounting quality and efficiency. • Conduct audits of the country’s various locations ( 6 locations) as well as follow through on the execution of corrective actions; align & streamline system modules and reports; drive successful implementation of initiatives • Conduct intensive system training and refreshers • Trouble shoot/ co-ordinate all finance and related System issues till resolution• Assist the Financial Controller in any other ad-hoc projects as and when required.

 Handling Finance & Administration for all group companies. Day – day operations. Reporting directly to the directors on the monthly performance of the difference companies Delegation and control between various departments in the Organization. Monitoring the AR on the Travel agency and monitoring the cash flow for the group Budgeting. Co-ordinating with the external auditors in the annual audit. Focusing more on the business expansion of IT Education & training across Indonesia. Collaborating with various universities and education institutions in Indonesia for IT education and training as part of their program. Monitoring the functioning and the performances of various NIIT centres in and around Jakarta.  Placement for the students completing their diploma from NIIT. Interface with the various educational intuitions for the curriculum merger
