Leading commercial, marketing and business development direction to achieve P&L targets in compliance with company strategy, overseeing the company expansion in number of retail outlets as well as new category management opportunities, initiating digitalization projects and e-commerce integration, business diversification through channel mix and portfolio management, negotiations with new and existing partners, general management of business processes.

Leading a team of brand managers to support the Zedazeni portfolio of soft drinks and premium beer businesses, communicating the issues, requests and targets from vendor to distributor and vice versa, BTL activity planning and analysis, facilitating monthly volume planning and business review processes, managing and tracking new product launches, trade equipment (coolers, stands, etc) management.

Leading the premium spirits direction of the company, counseling the CEO on strategic decisions, directing marketing, reporting and logistics teams to meet the demands of stakeholders, commercialization projects and overall profitability control, process optimization and automation, business efficiency control, communication with international brand representatives.

Day-to-day financial operations, cash flow management, debtor and creditor reconciliations, control and implementation of accounting standards, financial and managerial reporting, pricing, budgeting, various internal and external reporting.

Provided profitability analysis, control and reporting, developed price structure and drove all pricing processes, overall management of prices, launch and control of promo activities and trade discounts, annual and quarterly budgeting on the level of contributed margin, assistance on 1C ERP launch and maintenance, as well as other various internal and external reporting.

Supported business efficiency processes, assisted in budgeting gross profit, facilitated pricing and trade promo evaluations, discount and costs of goods analysis.

Assisted monthly financial reporting, efficiency control of sales agents, analysis of accounts receivables from debtors, cashback and trade discounts, various reporting.

Provided profitability control and analysis of marketing activities, developed sales reports, motivational plans for trade agents, reported to suppliers and brand owners.
