Learning outcomes/accomplishments:• Ten week long bible study coffee hour with group check-in, weekly hymn selection coordinated with the music director and studied during the session along with studying the following Sunday’s Gospel reading. Average participation of 10 people weekly.• Weekly participation in Sunday liturgy including a mix of reading, intercessions, preaching, officiating, serving, and lay assisting in both lockdown studio and in person settings.• Organized and led several outdoor services during the lockdown.• Provided home and retirement home pastoral visits for parishioners.• Provided prayers over the sick and dying.• Officiated and created orders of service for funerals.• Participated in wedding preparation Zoom meetings.• Prepared weekly orders of service for Sunday services.• Weekly educational sessions on variety of liturgical and church functions including: marriage and marriage preparation, funerals, baptism, eucharistic prayer, setting the altar, creating intercessions, navigating the BCP and BAS, prayers for the dying and palliative, Sunday worship officiating, Holy Communion, and keeping statistical records for vestry/baptisms/funerals.• Corporation, parish council, and Clericus meetings.• Verbatim and critical incident reports.

Learning outcomes/accomplishments:• Spiritual care to patients and their families in the neurosurgical and orthopedic surgery units at the Civic Campus of the Ottawa Hospital. • Several different therapeutic theories used to care for people of various faiths and some with no declared spirituality. • Scripted and extemporary prayers, spiritual communion, and smudging. • Created orders of service and led multi-faith services. • Led music ministry for an outdoor perinatal memorial service with approximately 75 grieving family members.• Led closing ceremony for the learning group.

Provided senior level professional services to organizations in need of assessing the value of their information systems in terms of optimization, modernization, and consolidation.

Provided executive direction of all aspects of NDEB’s technology as it related to security, enterprise software development, software/systems integration, automation, hardware, and business operations. Responsible for the research, statistical analysis, measurement and evaluation of examinations, to assess examination validity, effectiveness, fairness, and compliance to testing standards.

Provided enterprise product development team leadership in an agile/SCRUM environment, database management expertise, and user support working with a team of approximately 30 product managers, developers, support analysts, and testers.

Systems consulting mainly systems design and development oriented for organizations such as Nortel, NDEB, MessageWise, Model Technologies, Fulcrum.

Provided product development direction, leadership and system design for the Correspondence Control Manager (CCM) product sold and supported by Domus Software.

Provided systems design and development for a variety of clients including NDEB, National Defense, CUPE, Canadian Egg Marketing Board, Real Estate Board of Ottawa-Carleton, Transport Canada and National Research Council.

Provided systems development and support for national computer hardware and software auto-inventory collection and reporting. April 1987 to December 1988 part time while in university. January 1989 to September 1989 full time.
