I have been blessed with a life that has been exceptionally eventful. Through my many births, deaths, and transformations of self I have earned a cornucopia of tools that allow me to move through the constant tides of change with ever increasing grace and confidence. I am offering this rich library of experience and knowledge to those that seek to turn the upheaval that change can be into a rhythmic ebb and flow of growth, awareness, and wellness.

What's a Doula? “Doula” is a Greek word for “woman's servant”. Generally a woman fills the role of the traditional Doula and practices by “mothering the mother” and supporting her partner and family in doing the same. A Doula does what is needed to make the experience a good one for the family. My mission is to offer the same kind of Doula support and guidance to families and individuals during any type of transition. Changing jobs? Moving to a new town? Starting a family? Working through a trying relationship? There are a multitude of reasons why a person might need a helping hand. In our Individualistic culture we do not always have the kind of support we need to make it through all the little (and big) births and deaths we experience in a lifetime. That's where I come in. As a Full Circle Doula, I offer an array of services and products tailored to meet YOUR needs. I draw upon my personal and professional experience in multiple fields to empower, support and guide through providing patient, compassionate, earth based, whole person care to aide you in moving through whatever life brings your way!I draw upon more than a decade of education and experience and aim to provide the most comprehensive, compassionate and flexible support possible. Every “Birth Plan” is designed cooperatively to suit your individual and family needs during your birth and/or transition. All fees are set on a sliding scale basis to provide equal access to these services.I also hand make natural herbal products with as few ingredients as possible, employing the use of (usually organic, local, preferably wildcrafted) herbs to make my products safe, effective and personally tailored to just about any individual. Most products are non-toxic and safe to use on kids! Products can be made with specific allergies and preferences in mind. From toothpaste to skin cream, cleaning supplies to teas, all are carefully crafted with your needs in mind lots and lots of love mixed in!

I feel so blessed to be able to be a part of the birthing process! As a Prenatal Doula I work with expecting families on their birth plans, share information that will help the pregnancy go more smoothly and support the whole family in maintaining healthy nutrition and lifestyle choices during this exciting time! Once its time for the new baby to arrive I become the Birth Doula, advocate for the family's birth preferences and provide emotional and physical support for mom and the family through the transition. As the Postpartum Doula, I provide support (including cloth diapering, breastfeeding and nutrition consulting), compassionate guidance and keep an eye on the physical and emotional well being of the family through regular home visits and via phone or email.

I work with families in their homes to help develop effective parenting methods, day to day schedules, nutritious eating habits and much more. We work through typical and abnormal behavioral issues as well as with Special Needs and Gifted children using creative, innovative and personally tailored methods. When necessary, I travel with families or work in a temporary Live-In setting to ensure everyone gets the most out of the experience. I also offer relationship support and facilitate positive, cooperative communication for couples, other family members and children.
