I support multiple squads with research and design for projects across multiple complex products within the Kallidus suite. I use a range of research methodologies, including one-to-one interviews with customers, moderated and unmoderated end-user testing and surveys. I use Axure and Figma to create low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes. I propose metrics for each project using the HEART framework and deliver monthly reports that explain the results.While at Kallidus, I led the highly successful project to rebuild the off-the-shelf e-learning player, focusing on responsive design, improved signposting, and a simpler user journey. I conducted extensive testing on the old player to influence my design choices, while designing the new player to ensure that learners could use it easily and again post-launch to detect any remaining usability issues.I conducted research, design, and testing phases for various projects related to the learning management system, including CPD, integration with the NHS ESR platform, improved competency checks, user-generated content, and advanced course building.I ran a number of discovery projects, including one on how we could differentiate the Kallius off-the-shelf offering and another on a solution to support coaching and mentoring.I have developed positive working relationships with people across the business and frequently present to stakeholders and at company wide meetings, presenting and debating within governance meetings and providing design consultancy for developers. This role required a very high standard of CSS and XHTML working across the company's brands Burton Menswear, Dorothy Perkins, Evans, Miss Selfriddge, Topshop, Topman and Wallis.The brands owned by Arcadia Group all use the same XHTML templates with the designs differentiated solely by the CSS. I single handedly built the CSS for Evans when they moved in-house and worked on daily updates and rich media emails for all the brands.The work was fast paced with pages going live each day and often having a tight turn around.
