Youth Force Indonesia (2030 YFI) is a youth network that focuses on increasing Meaningful and Inclusive Youth Participation (MIYP) in implementing SDGs in Indonesia. Currently, 2030 YFI is implementing the Power to You(th) (PtY) program in collaboration with Rutgers Indonesia and various other partners such as the Semak Foundation in Garut (West Java), the Tanoker Foundation in Jember (East Java), and Rutgers Lombok in East Lombok (Nusa West Southeast), with a focus on the issues of child marriage, unwanted pregnancies, gender and sexual based violence, female circumcision, and other harmful cultural practices.During his time as a project officer, Revian has been successful to:1. Drafting 8 learning modules that focused on the topic such as SDGs and Youth Development, Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights, advocacy for beginners, as well as how to become a facilitator in SRHR issues;2. Planning, facilitating, and monitoring several training, discussion, and digital campaign on PtY issues;3. Creating more than 30 social media contents;4. Handling procurement, including designing the procured goods and handling the bidding process.

Engaged more than 150 youth in the initiated Community of Practice platform, called the 2030 Youth Accelerator 3. Conducted capacity building program for the division team that focused on project management and storytelling

-Responsible for increasing youth inclusion in SDGs implementation trough community-driven activities as well as developing new initiatives to support the strategic direction of the organization.

DIKA is a youth-led organization as a platform for young people to take active roles in financial inclusion initiatives in Indonesia and empower fellow youth to be financially literate, accessible, and protected. DIKA also actively engages youth virtually on Instagram through user handle @dikaindonesia. 1. Formulated targeted, meaningful, and beginner-friendly content that focuses on financial inclusion topics.2. Conducted monitoring and evaluating social media performance.3. Already made 150+ Instagram feeds, wrote 10+ articles, and sent 20+ mailing lists.4. Able to organically increase 1.000+ in less than first five months.

In charge of substantive matters during the certification process on an electrical transmission line, including commissioning and reporting.1. Reviewed more than 20 electrical transmission line towers.2. Succeeded in issuing more than 7 a recommendation letter for energizing.

1. Proactively create editorial content (stories, photos, advocacy images, campaigns, audio, video, infographics, etc.) in cooperation with Youth and ASRH teams. 2.
