Public Service Assitant
Current- As a Public Service Assistant I am a library Patron's first point of contact for assistance at our information desk. I use my extensive knowledge of Library Resources, technical skills, and immense customer service.
- Collaborated on hiring panels for Operations Management positions in our region
- Empowered staff as safety designate, where I followed up with staff safety concerns, taught staff safety protocols for our building, and led team discussions for responses on emergency situations
- wrote and implement a new building protocol for lockdowns, had management approve the project for implementation.
- Empowered fellow staff members by improving branch morale through my work as safety designate, my attitude in the workplace, and my ability to collaborate and teach workflow to teammates.
