Responsible for updating all site info, initially from the old site to new Wordpress site, and currnetly giving support and updates when needed.

❖ Overall responsibility for the HR dept. internal website of the Prime minister's office, which is in use by thousands of users. The job includes adding and updating content, creating sub-pages, landing pages, forms and surveys.❖ Understanding and experience in digital design: designing banners, buttons, emails, landing pages, newsletters and presentations.❖ Key user in a new dynamic website developed in SHAREPOINT 13: creating new sub-sites, uploading and updating SAP data with EXCEL and ACCESS, problem solving. The website is an exclusive platform for all the office employees.❖ SHAREPOINT users support: assisting and instructing colleagues who are responsible for other internal websites.❖ Mediation between end users and SHAREPOINT developers: knowledge in programming and in site building.❖ Quality testing with developers during the replacement of all sites to SHAREPOINT 13.❖ Management of an organization-wide project, to improve accessibility of information to users and to professional entities. Responsibility for the project starting with participation in the formulation of work processes to the actual management of the project
