Unlimited Grace, LLC is a Spiritual Care and Counseling Firm owned by Rev. Nancy True M. Div., BCCC, BCPC, CFPC, offering spiritual counseling, spiritual care, community education and consulting for Advance Care Planning, and Professional Clinical Chaplaincy services.Unlimited Grace LLC has developed a new and innovated approach to Advance Care Planning designed for individuals and families creating awareness for current communications in healthcare preferences before end of life care begins or the need for end of life directives are engaged. Community Programs on empowering personal medical decision-making are available for individuals 18 and older and support the empowered relationships between doctors and their patients. Spiritual Care and acknowledging a person's spirituality is now being considered one of the most important aspect of the patient care in health services and the patient satisfaction surveys. Unlimited Grace LLC can design and implement an integrative assessment and service for Physician's Practices, residential communities, and faith-based organizations.

Founded in 1992, the Denver Community Bioethics Committee (DCBC) is a community-based group providing guidance through medical decision-making. Any individual or institution in the state of Colorado may present a case to the DCBC. (Note:The DCBC disbanded in the Spring of 2011) Cases received recommendations

• Managed case loads of 25 to 45 patients and their families who were dealing with terminal illness and end of life care.• Collaborated with an interdisciplinary team to deliver ongoing spiritual counseling and crisis management support for the clinical population.• Acted as a compassionate listener and provided spiritual and pastoral care and counseling for individuals in crisis.• Responded to client and family on-call emergencies in a timely manner.• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide spiritual and pastoral care, counseling and crisis management support to patients and families• Compassionately listen to individuals dealing with difficult emotional and life issues.

This position included the tasks and skill related to managing a senior volunteer program of approximately 100 volunteers in 40 different and diverse settings and cultural communities. I was responsible for recruiting, training, placing, and supervising each volunteer in their settings along with providing structural supports to the site supervisors. The SCP provided low income seniors with tax free income with a commitment of 20 hours per week of time. While I was serving as the volunteer coordinator, the Denver Senior Companion Program celebrated 25 years of service to the community as one of the original National Senior Service Program in the country.
