I coordinate the East London group of Fawcett Society. Campaigning for gender equality and women’s rights at work, at home and in public life.We currently campaign to #EndSalaryHistory - o end the recruitment practice of asking for previous salary. Evidence shows this is a detrimental practice that perpetuates gender and ethnic pay gaps. We currently have over 60 employers who have pledged against this practice and there is a LIVE petition to bring about a change in law.

- Participating in the creation and implementation of frameworks and processes for acquisition, activation and customer success functional areas in a brand new venture - Tradehub- Developed targets and KPI for each functional area, build tracking dashboards on salesforce & salesloft to monitor weekly activity level, progress towards targets and health metrics at both individual and team level as well as enabling reporting to senior management team and investors.
