Planted Liberty Community Church in 2001 after a career in fleet management. Grew Liberty Church to over 300 people and led the church to impact its community. Finished a DMin at Evangel University in 2016. I serve on several non-profit boards and work in my community to advance entrepreneurship and leadership. Active in the Fauquier Chamber of Commerce and the Warrenton Rotary Club. Published several articles on church leadership and history. Works as a coach and consultant to leaders and organizations. Specializes in repairing dysfunction in organizations and restoring them to health. I hold 32 ASE certification and am certified as a master automotive, truck, school bus, and equipment technician. I hold L1 and L2 advanced level certifications. I am also a certified stick and MIG welder. My doctoral work is in systemic codependence as a function of organizational behavior. My work is useful in restoring dysfunctional or non profitable environments to health and profitability. My experience in the trades and my graduate work make me suitable for a unique environment in service or manufacturing industries. My work with churches has allowed me to demonstrate leadership coaching, organizational health, and community activism. Personal coaching and organizational strength are two of my strengths. My extensive service on nonprofit boards has given me broad experience in many areas including chairing boards, development, public relations, and event planning.
