Asst Vice President / Vice President - Client Implementation, Global Payments And Cash Management
• An Implementation manager (IM) is responsible for implementing integrated cash management solutions encompassing disbursements, collections and liquidity management; all delivered through a suite of inter-operable delivery channels, across geographies. • This role requires consultation to the Sales Team, developing customized solutions with the product team, conducting an assessment of the client’s existing cash cycle through the process mapping tool, and identifying gaps and recommending process revisions. • The scope of work includes solution detailing, developing project plan(s), opening accounts in various countries, documentation, stakeholder management, setups & testing, client training and transition management. • A key responsibility is realizing the Estimated Business Value by the generation of income on key revenue streams of Cash Management, through the application of Project Management and Transition Management Techniques.
