My role is to guide our team to be successful and help them deliver outstanding work for our clients.While my primary focus is on our business operations and strategy, I am deeply passionate about using my expertise and understanding of te ao Māori to help Māori organisations achieve their strategic and commercial goals. This includes working with corporate clients engaging with Māori to ensure they are building mutually beneficial relationships grounded in whakawhirinaki (trust) and whakaute (respect).I lead with a commitment to excellence, a down-to-earth approach, and a growth mindset.
