About Randy Weakley, Cam

Fundamentally a people-person that can interact with many types of people at any level of an organization, I get along well with while helping them achieve their goals. I strive to enhance the travel experience of all my passengers by providing dedicated personal service that exceeds their expectations, being proactive in predicting their need and wants even before they do. I have worked with the FAA on regulatory compliance keeping LOAs updated for a part 91 operation. PROFESSIONAL• NBAA Professional Development Certified Aviation Manager • International Ops Training March 2022• Type Ratings: Lear 60, Citation 500 • 8000+ total time • 5537 Lear 60 3553 PIC 1984 SIC • 1480 Citation V, V Ultra SII 686 PIC 794 SIC • SIC: CL30, XLS+, ASTRA, BE40 I was raised in Tennessee and consider it home though I have lived all over the entire southeast, currently I am in Jacksonville FL for the second time. I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, and my masters of Aeronautical Science from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University while I was flying for Dimon Inc out of Danville VA. I am a father of 5 and husband to one wonderful wife who has put up with many moves and constant change though out my career. While at Electrolux I was given the task or writing our flight operations manual, a task I felt under qualified to do. Upon the completion of the manual, I lead the department though getting IS BAO (International Standards of Business Aviation Operations) registered. We passed our stage 2 audit in April of 2016. I was one step away from the leadership position at this point, a position I would one day like to get back to. I was given the opportunity to mentor some young pilots while at Craig Air Center and have discovered a new passion. The rewards of working with the next generation far exceed the challenges there of. I enjoy being outdoors hiking or playing in the water, either a mountain river or a beach somewhere, I also enjoy doing home improvement projects and keeping my MG road worthy. I am a skilled aviator with international experience in the Caribbean, Central America and Canada. I have written an implemented a Safety Management System and studied human factors and fatigue management while at ERAU.
