I have executed training programs for some of Australia's leading transport companies. Including but not limited to Cootes transport, Stevensons Transport, Reliance Petroleum Transport, and United Transport More recently my energy has been devoted to the McAleese Resources training program. My involvement in the industry has led to the implementation and facilitation of the policies, procedures and training for industry leading companies ie;; Woodside, Origin, Esso, and Elgas.The need for constant interaction between the trainer and the inductee is of a paramount importance to my end goal of delivering safe, efficient, and productive staff to the mining and resource industry.Over the last 12 months I have been contracting myself as a trainer/assessor with a RTO, and facilitating for a major transport company. Due to my affiliations with the RTO, I am also able to run Dangerous Goods licensing. I don't see training as " just a job " I am passionate and committed to the role, and to the requirements of the clients and trainees.
