4-22 Foundation is a UK not-for-profit organisation, founded in January 2019 by three experienced charity Trustees.We offer continuous and integrated long-term support to young people throughout their early life at every stage from the ages of 4 to 22. Based in Tottenham N17, in the London borough of Haringey, we focus on those young people most vulnerable and at risk of disadvantage in Haringey and in Enfield.We offer safe and supportive opportunities where young people can raise and then achieve their aspirations. Our Employability programme continues to train and help young people into work, our STEM programme is running currently in Enfield and or tuition programmel resumed in Haringey in early 2021.We have further exciting plans in the pipeline including joint working with the police and a sixth form college.

Parity is a well-established national charity campaigning for Equal Rights for Men and Women throughout our society and equality in Education and in Educational opportunity. We have been lobbying during 2020 into 2021 for the establishment of a Minister for Men (and Boys) and on other Equality issues with an experienced teamOur other main focus at present is on domestic violence perpetrated, more often than many realise, by women on both other women and on men and boys. We have been active in discussion as legislation passes through the House on dv. We are very much into Partnership working on these crucial topics, with other like-minded groups.

Future plans include marketing and writing on travel, alongside my work in the health, education & charity sectors.
