Review all client-reported data bugs, enhancement suggestions, and questions related to risk data.Interact with software engineering, quant specialists, sales, consultants to support client needs.Monitor new products being released by the engineering team (New Risk Models, Model Refreshes, Data Corrections, Etc.).Monitor the suite of 3rd party risk model QA tests and be the primary contact for the Risk Content QA team regarding the test issues they encounter.Work with the subscription team on new products.Work with vendors on any data issuesWork with Product Manager to determine future product enhancements.Work with Team Leaders to prioritize future and current projects enhancements.Manager of Team Leaders.

The Quant/Risk Product Development group works with the team that supports Risk data within the Portfolio Products group. A Risk Data Product Specialist is responsible for the review of all requests filed on risk data. This includes answering both client and internal questions, working with engineering to fix issues and implement enhancements, working with Documentation to add help to Online Assistant and working with application QA to add relevant QA tests. In this role it is expected to take initiative and think beyond a list of instructions they have been given. They will also own the suite of 3rd Party Risk model QA tests and be the primary contact for the QA team regarding the test issues they encounter.

Creates and maintains process/content/training documentation.Identifies and implements process improvement initiatives.Review/analyze Quality audit reports, initiate root cause analysis and implement roll-out of modified workflow or corrective actions where necessary.Provides technical guidelines/pointers involved in the task in relevance to the policies/work instruction manuals.Interaction with other content sets on technical/process issues/requirements.Update and maintenance of data on TwikiTrack/maintain/respond to escalated internal/external process queries and technical issues.Spot check/detailed reviews of market coverage by Research analyst/Sr. Research Analyst and provides qualitative feedback.

The primary role of an analyst is to produce error free data within a specified time frame. The raw material is available to the analyst in the form of financial reports & statements of the companies, press releases and news statements.
