Act as a technical advisor for the Asset Team on issues around electrical systems Technical resource on complex jobs or infrequent repairs. Be a technical resource for operators on understanding electrical issues and performing preliminary troubleshooting geared to generating adequate maintenance notifications. Attend Daily Maintenance alignment per ASP workflow. Performance and accuracy of the unit Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs. Preform PMs and identify bad actors and trends on electrical issues Work to ensure performance of corrective actions resulting from PM findings Assist planning department as needed to help ensure correct job plans or give execution feedback Work to adjust PM procedures from completed PMs to ensure workability, accuracy, and completeness of procedures. Organize PM activity so that it is efficient and logistically optimal. Update or validate electrical specification sheets, drawings, and other documentation on electrical systems Partner with I&E Engineer to resolve chronic operational issues with electrical systems, participating in the completion of engineering packages, and identifying potential turnaround (TA) scope. Participate in the development of maintenance craft personnel by providing information on key learnings from recent maintenance activity, new procedures or improved practices that will increase CHO's technical competency Provide TA execution support as needed.
