Director, Digital & Technology1. In charge of China IT strategy and product roadmap, oversee and accountable for IT production innovation, development, data analytics and operation. Stay competitive in terms of digital and tech in China market to drive and support the growth of business2. Evolve China tech and data platforms to streamline internal process and integration with clients, continuously improve customer experience, support business strategy and operation with data-driven insight, ensure alignment of enterprise architecture and compliance of cyber security and data protection regulation3. In APAC region, as product-oriented delivery member, support architecture and engineering in APAC regional projects and product innovation4. Lead China IT team, work closely with local business development team, regional and global tech, product and data team to develop appropriate value proposition and go-to-market plan to meet local market needs5. As tech pre-sales, participate in client tenders/RFPs, responsible for client negotiation, solution proposal, presentation, ROI analysis etc.6. Manage in-house and external resources to localize global products and deliver solution to clients on project basis, and operate BAU7. Identify China local strategic partner to accelerate product innovation, better fit for China market, and bring in commercial synergy

1. Overall IT management. Build and adjust IT strategy and IT roadmap according to the company’s business development plan in China market. In charge of budget for technology realization, and drive company’s transformation to online travel agency2. Set up In-house IT organization from scratch and people management3. Manage company IT investment, project portfolio and priority4. Build B2C tour website and continuous enhancement5. Build the core tour operating system and continuous enhancement with agile development6. Tour products online distribution7. Build sales data insight platform for better decision in pricing, product, forecast as per market trend8. Other digital innovation on social network like WeChat official account etc.
