1. Be single point contact of Port China Lincoln/Ford Port QOS (Quality Operating System) and Vehicle Evaluation.2. Conduct the FCPA (Ford Consumer Product Audit) evaluation process for Import/Export - products in Lincoln/Ford. 3. Work with Programs, MP&L, FCSD, MSS, PD, Plant and other department to ensure the successful implementation Import/Export QOS.4. Lincoln China Port PDI Center setting up and quality management.5. Ensure consistency in Port QOS to match market demands and customer satisfaction.6. Cooperate to solve Lincoln/Ford dealer PDI/customers quality complain. 7. Work with Assembly plant to improve import/export products quality.8. Coach/Supervise PDI Supplier staff to conduct vehicle inspection according to Ford standard.9. Coach/Supervise PDI Supplier Technician to conduct vehicle mechanical/paint repair.10. Regularly Audit Port Process in China Lincoln/Ford and drive Port is compliant with Port QOS11. Align FCPA and PDI strategy with external indicators.12. Manage internal inventory system and quality system to control vehicles status.

-In charge of analyzing root cause of complex quality issue. Control the internal quality of products, analyze and provide improvement measures to solve the quality problems of products that happened in assembly shop. Create issue analysis report and action plan report.-Leading role to establish and manage specific problem solving teams. Successfully communicate with QMT, body shop and analysis center or other departments to promote analysis and improvement. -Organize PQM and Q-day meeting to follow up various issues solving.-Responsible for the production teams in all shifts in terms of working process, training, improve working condition.-Manage internal quality documents, data, record and drawing. Maintain and manage the checking fixture, exemplar and measuring implement.-Improvement about the internal and external audit questions.
