Previously, as a Land Acquisition Manager, Rex evaluated property and businesses from the coast to the Triad for his investors, and completed the negotiation and sale of a 500-acre tract west of Brier Creek valued at 15 million. In addition, Rex and a North Carolina developer partnered to purchase and develop shopping center and flex space properties in markets throughout the Triangle.
