I'm a geothermal engineer now, focus on Taiwan's geothermal project work. Furthermore, I'm also doing the PM work very often, so I'm good at communicating with people. For example, I am responsible for the connection between foreign suppliers and domestic design contractors to ensure reasonable plant arrangements and design of our site.Being a project manger that I have the experience in geothermal field development(e.g. Tatun Mountain, Chinshiu in Yilan). The whole process is from the exploration stage(geology survey, modeling, etc.) to the construction stage(the general design for the site, PFD, P&ID, buy the unit, etc.). Now I'm going through the operation stage, so I also access to knowledge of the heat source supply optimization and some field engineering issue.Mainly work in these 1-half years as follow:1. Ensured the project can be proceed smoothly and controlled the budget.2. Reviewed the geology report which provided by our consultant.3. Purchased the unit from the biggest supplier in the world. (Details contain negotiation for the contract and check the specification fit the site)4. The equipment imported.5. Attending the conference about the geothermal in Taiwan, and take part in the online seminar held by the expert in the world.(contain the regulation/policy, survey project)6. Built a early conceptual geothermal model for our site.7.
