I’m a proven Strategist and Supply Chain Management expert with multi-industry experience, but particularly deep in the Energy space.I began my career as a Marine Infantry officer, honing leadership skills through multiple overseas deployments. Afterward, I earned an MBA and became a management consultant with Deloitte Consulting, where I built a robust toolkit over five years. I served numerous clients within the Energy Industry, focusing on Supply Chain projects. In 2013, my final client, Equinor, became my new home, where I led and developed Procurement teams ranging in size from 10 to 40 individuals, responsible for up to $4 Billion in annual spend. The results were powerful and earned me a spot in Equinor’s Project Executive course at Berkeley, along with an expat assignment for 2.5 years to work as a Strategist supporting the Equinor Executive Committee.After COVID-19, I started an independent consultancy, Aris Management, and helped the team at CrossFit navigate major changes following its acquisition by a Private Equity firm.I’m a top performer with a broad skill set and the experience necessary to help teams achieve their goals and objectives while avoiding common pitfalls.On the side, I am a personal finance nerd, an active Angel investor, and a blockchain enthusiast who runs several Ethereum nodes.My favorite thing is spending high-quality time with my family, preferably in the mountains or at the beach.
