Key Qualifications • Thirty six years of civil engineering project experience. These projects ranged from small to large projects and designed and completed locally, nationally and internationally. Project delivery experience includes program management, co-location, design-build and design-bid-build.• Project management experience includes developing marketing contacts, proposals, project scopes, contracts, schedules, project setup and providing the design coordination of multidisciplinary team members and subconsultants in the design and delivery of these projects. • Highway and roadway design experience includes all phases of design for streets, roads and highways that have included bridges, viaducts, tunnels, underpasses, HOV lanes and tollway facilities. Design experience also includes interchanges, signalized intersections, traffic systems, surface water drainage management, utilities, erosion control, construction staging, traffic control, channelization, pedestrian facilities, striping and signing, specs and estimates. This project experience involves following environmental processes, grant writing and providing public outreach. • Site development project experience includes the design management for airport landside development; seaport intermodal yards and residential and industrial site developments.
