Rock River Ranches is Colorado's Finest Local Bison producer. We own about 150 head of bison and they are raised in Wray, CO. Soon we will be feeding out over 500 head per year near Wray, CO. RRR supplies over 50 local Front Range restaurants on a weekly basis and are always looking for more restaurant partners. We harvest locally every 3 weeks and can supply fresh and frozen bison including various sausages, pastrami's and more. Rex even makes a lot of the deliveries himself so the restaurant chefs and owners have a personal relationship with their bison supplier. It is important to know how and where our food supply comes from these days. Additionally, we offer bison robes, skulls, leather, and bison offal items for the pet food industries.
